Resurrection Rolls

Ingredients:

Crescent Rolls

Large Marshmallows

Butter

Cinnamon

Sugar

Addison got her hands dirty this morning making resurrection rolls. These were a perfect lesson about Jesus and the resurrection. 

You roll the marshmallows in melted butter and then in Cinnamon and Sugar

Then you place the marshmallow in the crescent roll and roll it up sealing the marshmallow in tight, just like they did with Jesus after he died on the cross they placed him in the tomb and rolled the stone over the door, Jesus was sealed in tight. 

Bake them in the oven at 350 for about 10-15 minutes.

The amazing application is when she opened the roll to find it empty, the marshmallow was gone. Just like the tomb was empty Jesus was no longer dead but surely alive. There is no denying it, the tomb is empty!
