Recipe Share:Banana Bread




Banana Bread

(Makes 2 Loaves) weight watchers points per slice:4

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Margarine
1 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
2 Cups AP Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
3 large bananas or 4 small bananas
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease both loaf pans, bake for 30-45 mins. or until tooth pick comes out clean. 

If you are like me and trying to watch your weight or loose weight and even if your not a great application, use the disposable pans and keep one loaf of bread for your family and let the kids give the other loaf as a blessing to someone else.
