After the accident this was a moment that was so beautiful to watch. Even if the wreck had not happened what a celebrated moment that she is a new creation. The bible tells us to have child like faith, a faith that is simple and filled with love and wonder. God treasures children and their faith. Addison's journey of faith has taught us all a little something about faith and our relationship with our savior...So often we make it complicated, when the truth is just how simple it really is.
I could not help but feel overwhelmed by the moment as she was baptized, despite her funny attempt to escape...it was a moment I hope she always remembers...I hope she never forgets that she I a new creation.
Now the new journey begins, the journey of building an intimate relationship with her savior, building a prayer life that will sustain her, worship that will fill her and a heart like His.
